And the London Women’s Convention 2012 is shaping up to be life changing! We are going to be thinking about the transforming power of the Lord Jesus Christ. We are very privileged to welcome Rebecca Manley Pippert – international speaker and author of the bestselling book Out of the Saltshaker. She will be teaching us about the transformation and freedom to be found through the life, death and resurrection of Jesus. It‘s a day to retreat from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and in Rebecca’s own words be “refreshed, renewed and restored” – more effective and with much longer lasting results than a Spa Day... </p> <p> </p> <p> Maybe you have a friend who is showing interest in the gospel or has started coming along to church? Maybe there is someone you have been praying for, to put their trust in Christ. Well, Rebecca has been described as one of the “liveliest and most effective communicators of the gospel in the world today” and she is very keen for us to bring along a friend on the day as they will hear the Good News explained in a clear, engaging way. We are returning to Central Hall Westminster as it is the most comfortable, convenient venue for women to gather together, to learn from God’s word, praise Him and catch up with friends. As ever we are trying to keep the cost as low as possible and we are going for the daylight/ twilight format as it worked well last year. We really hope you can make it to the Convention this autumn. It promises to be a truly great day together.
