Rupert Standring
Rupert has been the Minister of Christ Church Mayfair since the congregation planted in October 2004. Prior to that Rupert taught at the Cornhill Training Course (see Links).

He is married to Becky and they have four daughters.

Andy Towner (Music)
Andy has been a member of CCM since we first planted in 2004. At that time he was on a placement from Oak Hill Theological College, where he was training for ministry in the Church of England. He has planned the services and run the music since that time, joining the staff team as Assistant Minister in the Summer of 2007, finally being paid for all that he does here! He also serves as an Assistant Minister at TBT, where he runs the student work and leads the music team.

Before going to Theological College, Andy lived in Shropshire for many years, studied Maths at Bristol, and then taught maths for five years at secondary schools in Kent and Essex. He has also coached football teams, and trained Army cadets in survival skills (along the lines of Ray Mears, but without the TV crews).

When Andy is not "putting the fun into fundamentalism" at CCM, he is playing a musical instrument, confused over some obscure logic puzzle, cooking a super-sized pasta dish, reading a book or getting over-excited by his latest DVD box-set (West Wing, NCIS, and so on). He enjoys keeping fit and his perfect day off might well include a long mountain walk to an excellent public house.

Charles Farrar-Bell
Charles is a Maths teacher and has been involved in running christian meetings in schools for some years. He and his wife Sarah, together with their three teenage children have been involved at Christchurch since its early days.

Licia Becke
Licia has been a member of CCM since becoming the administrator in December 2007. Licia is originally from South Africa and immigrated to London with her family in 2000 where she trained at the Royal Academy of Dance to become a ballet teacher. Since 2003 Licia has been freelance teaching at various schools in London and in September 2006 opened her own ballet school in Streatham.
